Annual General Assembly Meeting, Jul. 22
Annual General Assembly of Iran Oilseeds & Vegetable Oil Processing Factories Co-operative was held Sunday, Jul. 22, 2018in Felestin building located at No. 399, W Taleqani St., Felestin Sq., Tehran with the majority of the members; Seyed Hamid Kalantari, the Minister Deputy of Co-operatives, Labor, and Social Welfare; and Alborz Mohamadi, the Director General of Manufacturing Co-operatives attending.
In this session, the following were approved and enacted:
- 1396 accounts [Mar. 21, 2017 – Mar. 20, 2018]
- election of auditors, inspectors, and vicars for 1397 [Mar. 21, 2018 – Mar. 20, 2019]
- changes in capital and shares
- 1397 budget
