Tax Exemption of Export and Agro-industry Sectors
Chief Director of the Iranian National Tax Administration stated in an interview with Mojnews in response to the complaints of agro-industrial exporters: “The export sector is generally tax-exempt and if an exporter has paid value-added tax in former periods, they will be reimbursed within a month upon presenting documentation, including the Customs Green Sheet.”
Seyed Kamal Taghavinejad clarified: “In the event of having paid agro-industry tax before, complaints can be registered and pursued.”
