Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, Nov. 2017

Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (1st round) of Iran Oilseeds and Vegetable Oil Processing Factories Co-operative, Farda, was held in the meeting hall of Felestin Building, located at No. 399, W Taleqani St., Felestin Sq., Tehran on Wednesday, Nov. 22, with the Co-op's Board members, as well as the representative of the Ministry of Co-operatives, Labor, and Social Welfare attending.

Following the recitation of a few verses of the Holy Qur'an and the National Anthem of Iran, the meeting started with Mr. Alireza Sharafi's welcoming the audience and hearing the agenda and continued with the election of the Board and Secretary to run the meeting as follows:

Seyed Mehdi Mirsalimi, Zabihollah Fereshtian, Nematollah Zamanian, and Alireza Sharafi.

In this meeting, the change of address and revision of article 6 of the Statute were also heard by the attendees.

The meeting ended at 15:45.
